The news Agroinformacion.com has made a summary of the situation in which the farmers of Valdepeñas de la Sierra find themselves after the forest fire that has devastated the area. The situation of these ranchers is the same that we find in the rest of the areas that have been overwhelmed by a fire that is impossible to stop.
“The fire destroyed the pastures they feed their cattle, which will take at least until next spring to regenerate.” In Valdepeñas there are four farmers, three of them cattle and one sheep, who have been affected, and have even risked their integrity to save their animals and farms.
Only these four farmers have had losses valued at €350,000.
