22 AECOC Congress of meat and processed products, next March 15 and 16

The reference appointment for the entire value chain of the meat sector, AECOC, returns next March 15 and 16. Companies in the Spanish meat sector are fully active in a challenging and constantly changing environment. The meeting point for meat and processed products is the 22nd AECOC Congress.

The pandemic has accelerated many of the current trends: a growing consumer awareness of environmental sustainability and animal welfare, a greater demand for transparency and traceability of meat products, health as an absolute prism for any aspect of life… But also innovation, which both the sector and other industries are developing around meat substitute products or cultured meat, constitutes and will mark a true revolution for the category. Faced with this scenario, it is only through collaboration between all the links in the value chain of our sector that we will be able to turn each and every one of these challenges into true opportunities for growth, joining efforts to maintain a high reputation in the sector and transmit confidence to consumers.

The fair is aimed at: Large distribution and Horeca companies (Directors of fresh products and section managers, purchasing, marketing and commercial managers, product managers and Innovation managers) and main companies in the meat sector.
