Companies that want to export animal products to the UK must be registered with the TRACES NT

Meat companies wishing to export to the UK must be registered with TRACES NT before September 15th. The United Kingdom has become a third country. And as of October 1, operators who work with products of animal origin included in Annex III of Regulation 853/2004 have to be registered in TRACES NT to be able to export them to the United Kingdom, reports the Spanish Agency for Food Safety and Nutrition.

To do this, all those companies that are exporting these products to the United Kingdom can provide their data, through the form provided in the following link, before September 15. When filling in the form, the data must match the information that appears in the General Sanitary Registry of Food Companies (RGSEAA), so it is recommended to access this Registry and copy the data of the establishment to include them in the form.
