Corderex organizes a promotional campaign for Lamb from Extremadura in nine restaurants in the region

The IGP Corderex carries out a promotional campaign to claim the value of Extremadura Lamb and promote the consumption of this meat in the hotel industry in the region. The campaign, which will take place between this Thursday, day 1, and October 7, has been carried out in nine restaurants that already habitually offered dishes made with Corderex on their menus.

In the list of places included in the promotion are the restaurants Chamorro, Sybarit, La Milanesa and Vaova de Mérida; The Arch of Zafra; Las Barandas in Los Santos de Maimona; Olayo in Villanueva de la Serena; Albor D’Eyre in Villafranca de los Barros and the Triana de Miajadas hotel-restaurant.

These establishments will have an identification poster of the promotion and will also offer customers cards called ‘Corderexpress’, thanks to which they will be able to access an app where a batch of certified product and a dinner or lunch for two people will be raffled in some of the restaurants participating in the initiative.

On the other hand, ‘Corderex’ and the Sociedad Agraria de Transformación (CASAT) have renewed one more year, and there are now 19, the collaboration agreement to publicize the quality and guarantee of the seal of the protected geographical indication and promote the consumption of sheep meat.
