Book’s Presentation Food for the XXI Century: a common goal based on scientific evidence

Taking advantage of the celebration of World Food Day, the Qcom.es Food Forum has organized the presentation of the book “Food for the 21st Century: a common goal based on scientific evidence”, in which Agrifood Comunicación, the Spanish Nutrition Foundation (FEN), the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition (SENC), the Spanish Society of Primary Care Physicians (SEMERGEN) and the Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC).

The objective of this work is to be the source of information and consultation of communication professionals and food prescribers to neutralize incorrect information spilled in the mass media without much foundation that, daily, demonize food products and the sector producer, who is the one who has fed us during confinement and does so regularly; and that negatively influence the present and the future of the agri-food sector.
