RESOLUTION EMT / 3698/2021, of December 12, has been published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat of Catalonia, by which the third call for the granting of direct extraordinary aid to support business solvency in response to to the COVID-19 pandemic. Beneficiaries of the aid can monitor the status of the file in the Private area of the Canal Empresa portal (http://canalempresa.gencat.cat). The presentation of the registration form empowers the competent body to verify the conformity of the data that it includes and that is declared.
The maximum amount allocated to the granting of this third call for aid financed by the Government of the Spanish State is 271,651,747.61 euros. This call will be conditioned to the existence of credit at the time of the resolution of the concession.
In the event that the amount to meet all the applications submitted exceeds the credit allocated to the call, the amount of individual grants will be reduced proportionally in accordance with the available credit. Applications that meet the requirements for granting the aid will be resolved favorably as long as there is credit available, or until December 31, 2021, or until the applicable term in the event of an extension, according to with the regulatory state regulations.
