Until July 20, registration for the Master in Máster en Ciencia y Tecnología de la Carne de la Universidad de Extremadura. It is a unique and specialized training in the food sector. It consists of an academic year and the subjects are consistent with the objectives of the Master, focused on Safety and Quality of meat and meat products.
This Master includes aspects related to obtaining and processing meat, its composition and nutritional value, sensory evaluation, physical-chemical and microbiological analysis, legislation on meat and meat products, risk assessment and management, and quality assurance. It is also mandatory both the completion of External Internships in meat companies and the completion of an End of Master Research Project.
The Master in Science and Technology of Meat is aimed at training research staff and professionals who work in public administration, food safety, and specialists in technology linked to R&D or Quality Departments of companies in the sector and Consulting.
