UECBV at the Polagra fair from 4 to 6 October

The UECBV will be present at the Polagra fair, a fair that this year is dedicated especially to meat. It’s about creating new opportunities for food manufacturers and discovering market opportunities. The fair will take place from October 4 to 6.

Polagra is an international food fair held once a year in Poznań (Poland). This fair brings together manufacturers, producers, suppliers and traders with the aim of creating new perspectives for food manufacturers and to discover new opportunities in the market. The products of the regional, national and international exhibitors are shown, among these are meat products, milk and dairy products, fruit and vegetables and also spices, herbs and drinks.

The aim of the fair is increasingly focused on frozen food and prepared dishes as well as snacks of all kinds. On the other hand, the demand for products of regional, ecological or organic origin is also growing and is one of the strengths of the fair.

The provisional program of the UECBV, according to the magazine Eurocarne, would be like this
